Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of tryall.ai, including our website, authenticated workspace, AI features, billing flows, and related services.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Tryall ("Tryall," "we," "us," or "our"). Tryall is a multi-model AI workspace that lets users access, compare, and work with AI models from multiple providers in one product.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" includes that entity.

2. Who We Are

Tryall is a product operated by Print Sales Ltd, a Bulgarian limited liability company, company registration number (EIK/UIC) 207984059, with a registered address at 26 Elemag Street, Sofia 1113, Bulgaria.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old, or older if a higher minimum age is required where you live.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete account and billing information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, sessions, API keys, and any activity that occurs under your account.
  • You may not share your account credentials or make your account available to another person unless a feature or plan expressly allows that use.
  • If you use a team, organization, seat-based, or API-key feature, you are responsible for activity by organization members, invited users, seat holders, and anyone who accesses the Services through credentials or keys you control.
  • If you use an email address owned by an employer or organization, that organization may be able to administer, restrict, or access the account if it is connected to an organization workspace.

4. Using Tryall

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.

You must use the Services only in compliance with applicable law, these Terms, product documentation, usage limits, and any additional terms that apply to specific features, providers, or paid plans.

We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, interfaces, design systems, model routing logic, product workflows, trademarks, and documentation. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Tryall or any provider service to you.

5. AI-Generated Content and Responsibility

You may submit prompts, messages, files, images, documents, settings, and other materials to the Services ("Inputs"). The Services may return text, code, images, analysis, recommendations, or other materials ("Outputs"). Inputs and Outputs are together "Content."

You are responsible for your Content, including making sure you have the rights, permissions, and legal basis needed to submit Inputs and use Outputs. You are also responsible for how you review, publish, modify, rely on, or share Outputs.

Outputs may not be unique. Other users may receive the same or similar outputs from Tryall or from the underlying AI providers.

6. Ownership of Inputs and Outputs

As between you and Tryall, you retain any ownership rights you already have in your Inputs. To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to your compliance with these Terms, Tryall does not claim ownership of Outputs generated for you through the Services.

You grant Tryall and our service providers a limited right to host, transmit, process, display, store, and, where necessary, review your Content for support, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, troubleshooting, service operation, and service improvement.

Human review is limited to cases where it is necessary for support, safety, security, legal compliance, troubleshooting, or service operation. Service improvement may include service quality review, such as investigating bugs, failed requests, abuse reports, safety incidents, and reliability issues. Tryall does not use your conversation content to train foundation AI models.

Your ownership or use rights in Outputs do not extend to Tryall, third-party provider services, provider models, system prompts, underlying algorithms, or other users' outputs.

7. How We Use Content and Data

We use Content and related metadata to deliver model responses, route requests, operate accounts, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, process billing, diagnose incidents, review service quality in the limited ways described above, provide support, and comply with law.

Tryall does not use your conversation content to train foundation AI models. When you use model-powered features, we may send your Inputs to third-party model gateways and AI providers. Their terms, privacy practices, retention rules, training controls, and content policies may apply and may vary by provider, model, route, and plan.

Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices in more detail, including categories of data we process, service provider categories, retention, international transfers, and privacy rights.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services, Outputs, connected providers, or any Tryall account to do, assist, or enable any of the following:

  • violating applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, export controls, or the rights of others;
  • submitting, generating, or distributing unlawful, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, or rights-infringing content;
  • attempting to bypass rate limits, usage caps, subscription gates, security controls, or account restrictions;
  • reverse engineering, scraping, crawling, probing, attacking, or disrupting Tryall, connected providers, or related infrastructure;
  • using automated extraction, model scraping, or high-volume benchmarking outside the intended product functionality to build competing datasets, AI systems, or external evaluation pipelines without written permission;
  • misrepresenting AI-generated output as human-generated where disclosure is legally or ethically required;
  • using the Services to create malware, conduct unauthorized security testing, facilitate fraud, impersonation, spam, harassment, or privacy violations;
  • using the Services to produce or facilitate sexual exploitation of minors, child sexual abuse material, or any other content that harms children;
  • using the Services to develop weapons, compromise critical infrastructure, incite violence, promote hateful conduct, or support extremist activity; and
  • reselling, sublicensing, or making the Services available to third parties in a way that violates these Terms or provider terms.

We may apply automated review and, where necessary under Section 6, limited human review, block or modify outputs, restrict features, throttle usage, suspend access, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe these rules have been violated or where needed to protect users, providers, Tryall, or the public.

9. High-Impact Decisions and Professional Advice

The Services are not a substitute for qualified professional advice. You should not rely on Outputs as the sole source of truth or as the sole basis for decisions in high-impact areas, including:

  • medical, mental health, or healthcare decisions;
  • legal advice, legal rights, legal obligations, or litigation strategy;
  • financial advice, credit, insurance, lending, investing, or eligibility decisions;
  • employment, housing, education, migration, public benefits, or essential services;
  • criminal justice, law enforcement, surveillance, biometric identification, or public safety; and
  • any other decision that could have a legal, safety, financial, or similarly significant effect on a person.

If you use Outputs in any high-impact or professional context, you are responsible for independent verification, appropriate expert review, user disclosure where required, and compliance with laws and professional obligations.

10. Paid Plans, Credits, Billing, and Cancellation

Some Services require payment. Plan features, model access, usage limits, renewal terms, taxes, and fees will be shown at checkout, in-product, or in the applicable plan materials.

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. If payment fails, we may downgrade, suspend, or limit access until payment is resolved.

You may cancel a paid subscription using the controls we provide or by contacting support. Unless required by law or expressly stated during checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid subscription period and does not automatically create a refund for time already used.

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, cooling-off, or digital service rights, those rights continue to apply. For digital services or digital content, those rights may depend on whether service performance has begun, whether you requested immediate access, and whether you acknowledged that immediate access may affect your withdrawal right. Where required, we will present any checkout consent or acknowledgement separately.

If we offer prepaid credits or usage-based features, credits may expire, be non-refundable, and be subject to technical limits described at purchase or in-product.

11. Third-Party AI Providers and Integrations

Tryall is a multi-provider workspace. Your Inputs and related request metadata may be sent through third-party model gateways and to third-party AI providers when needed to deliver model-powered features. We also use authentication providers, payment processors, hosting providers, databases, observability tools, and other service providers needed to operate the Services.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy practices, rate limits, content restrictions, outages, and data handling rules. We are not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law or by a written agreement between you and Tryall.

By using a third-party model, provider, gateway, or integration through Tryall, you agree to comply with any provider terms, policies, and restrictions that apply to that model, provider, gateway, or integration.

We may change, add, remove, or reroute providers and integrations over time to improve reliability, performance, cost, privacy, security, compliance, or product quality.

12. Model Routing, Auto Mode, and Provider Variability

Tryall may route your requests to different AI models, providers, model gateways, or infrastructure depending on your selected model, plan, availability, performance, cost, safety, reliability, and product configuration.

If you use an automatic routing, compare, fallback, or similar feature, the specific model, provider, gateway, route, context window, capability, latency, price, output style, or output quality may vary between requests.

AI providers and model gateways may impose their own rate limits, content rules, data handling practices, retention periods, availability constraints, and safety systems. Tryall does not guarantee permanent access to any specific model, provider, gateway, route, price, latency, context window, capability, or output style.

You should not submit highly sensitive, regulated, confidential, export-controlled, or legally restricted information unless your plan, selected provider, applicable terms, and internal policies allow that use.

13. Beta and Experimental Features

Some features may be marked or treated as alpha, beta, preview, experimental, early access, or evaluation features. These features may be less reliable, may change quickly, may produce less stable results, and may be modified, limited, or removed without the same notice that applies to generally available paid features.

You should not rely on beta or experimental features for production, compliance-sensitive, safety-critical, or high-impact workflows unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

14. Service Availability and Changes

We work to keep Tryall useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent access to any specific model, exact model behavior, or preservation of every feature in its current form.

We may add, remove, suspend, modify, limit, or discontinue features, models, routes, or plans where reasonably necessary for product development, security, reliability, legal compliance, provider changes, or business operations.

Where a change materially reduces a paid Service you are actively using, we will try to provide reasonable notice or an appropriate account remedy unless urgent security, legal, or provider constraints prevent us from doing so.

15. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. You may also request account deletion or data deletion as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal, security, billing, backup, and operational exceptions.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, failed to pay, created risk for Tryall or others, compromised platform security, abused the Services, or used the Services in a way that could expose Tryall, providers, users, or the public to harm or legal risk.

If we suspend or terminate your account and you believe it was a mistake, you may contact us using the contact details below.

16. Disclaimers About AI Accuracy

The Services and Outputs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI systems are probabilistic and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, unsafe, or unsuitable Outputs, even when they appear confident or detailed.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, current, or free from loss or alteration of Content. You are responsible for evaluating Outputs before using, relying on, publishing, or sharing them.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection or other mandatory laws.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tryall, its affiliates, personnel, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, Content, business opportunities, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Tryall for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred euros (€100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

18. Indemnity for Business Users

If you use the Services on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity, then to the maximum extent permitted by law you will indemnify and hold harmless Tryall, its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your Content, your use of the Services, your products or services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

19. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal data. The Privacy Policy does not replace these Terms, but it is an important document that you should read.

If you are a business customer and need a data processing agreement, security documentation, or provider-specific details, contact us so we can determine the appropriate documentation for your plan and use case.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Updated" date above and, where legally required or appropriate, provide additional notice by email, in-product message, or another reasonable method.

Updated Terms apply going forward. If you continue using the Services after updated Terms become effective, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

22. Governing Law, Disputes, and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, except where mandatory consumer protection, privacy, digital services, or other laws give you additional rights that cannot be waived by contract.

Courts and dispute forums will be determined under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer venue rights.

These Terms are provided in English. If we provide translations, the English version controls unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to understand and resolve the issue.
